Daren visited us (12/9/19) (2nd visit). We have mice in the house. His thoroughness & professionalism was outstanding. He talked us through everything and we have asked for him to undertake our 3rd & hopefully final visit in 3weeks. A credit to your organisation, you need to clone him!!!

Excellent service! I called on the Monday and the technician was out with my by Tuesday morning, dealt with my problem and explained to me in detail about the process.
Everyone we spoke to were very polite and efficient in dealing with our questions. On the day your employee was very engaging in answering our questions and efficient with his work. He explained his findings and what we had to do afterwards to make the treatment more effective. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I have been very impressed with the excellent level of service given. On the phone and in person, they have been helpful, professional, courteous and respectful, which is especially important when you have a young family and strangers are in your house. I would heartily recommend their services in the future.
From first survey to ascertain whether the problem was rats or mice, all the way to this morning’s visit. Knowledgeable, good at explaining things to us and thorough in their work. Great work by Steve Thomas this morning, who uncovered and fixed a few more possible entry points. No additional money necessary, all part of the service. Very happy (and mice under control). Cheers
